We shape every kind of thermoplastic, of any thickness and format to fit (almost) any component geometry and thermoformed part that you could desire. The limits of product possibilities are set mainly by the international availability of the semi-finished materials. Production poses no limitations, as acrylic glass with wall thicknesses reaching from 30 to 1000 mm (for large aquariums, pressure plates and specialty products, etc) can be processed in exactly the same way as delicate, 1.5 mm thick light-shells in three-dimensional polycarbonate, or single-piece tube designs up to 40 meters long (such as for roof lighting systems).
We also use our synthetic technology to process all available materials within the field of colour-covered thermoplastics, including all blends and co-analgesics.
We also form scratch-resistant, anti-static coated and electrically conductive synthetics and other special materials such as biopolymers and WPC – for use in virtually every industry.
