Vacuum-drawn serial components

The specialization lies in the deformation of transparent and semi-transparent plastics for optically high-quality components in one, two and three-dimensional versions. Deep drawing and vacuum forming of all thermoplastics in all thicknesses and sizes are techniques that we also master to a high industrial standard. Our own development department, continuous CAD-CAM architecture with 5-axis industrial milling machines (up to 14x4x2 meters), CNC deep-drawing machines, presses and large-scale heating furnaces (up to 14x4x2 meters) make the company a flexible problem solver for extraordinary challenges. With a size of 13 × 2 meters, we manufacture the world’s largest vacuum deep-drawn parts and large aquarium panes can be 200 millimetres or thicker and weigh 15 tons or more. Our production spectrum is used in almost all industries. The production of design-oriented components and components for lightweight construction are increasingly common challenges.
