k-tec GmbH K- is a synthetics technology company for the processing of synthetic materials with approx. 50 employees. Our core competence is focused on mastering the most diverse methods of thermoforming technology, in the forming of synthetic plates and the manufacture of acrylic glass parts using the most state-of-the-art methods.
Our particular speciality is the forming of transparent and semi-transparent synthetics for optically high-quality components in one, two and three-dimensional designs.
We also provide the highest industrial standard in thermoforming and vacuum forming techniques for thermoplastics of every thicknesses and size.
Our in-house development department, continuous CAD-CAM Architecture with 5-axis industrial milling machines (up to 14x4x2 meters), CNC thermoforming machines, presses and large-area heaters (up to 14x4x2 meters) make our company the ideal flexible problem solver for unusual and extraordinary challenges.
We create the world’s largest vacuum thermoformed parts, with an area of 13×2 Meters, and finish large-scale aquarium glass with a thickness of 200 mm and more, weighing more than 15 tons. The range of our products can be found in almost every industry. The production of design-oriented components, as well as lightweight component construction is demanded with more and more frequency.
